Tier 4 Unlocked :)

OK, technically we unlocked our Tier 4 Citadel last week, but this week we have upgraded some build plots    Basically the biggest new benefit is that we can start to get Precious Ore/Bars. But they are useless to us until we get 20+ visitors each week. So I will lock those resources until our upkeep requirements are met, and then we can shoot for the new stuff if we want. Keep in mind they only help if we get enough visitors. The next upgrade should be a 2nd avatar! -- This is why we need so many visits!

In general some resources will get locked when we want to shape the Citadel's upkeep or upgrades in some way. If we get enough stone but not enough timber, for example, I will lock stone until everything else is set in terms of upkeep, and then unlock it again.

At some point I think we move up to being able to collect 1700 resources. Not sure if it's at some point in tier 4, but I thought it would be in this tire.

Q: why aren't we working to get a t4 storehouse?
A: may add it once we reach upkeep. won't mean much (except extra work) until we get 20+ visitors anyway
