If you train legs atleast once a week + jogging 1-2 times a week; Then after 2-3 weeks your legs will get used to it at it will not be that bad anymore Wink afro

I play basketball so I don't do a lot of leg workouts so that I won't get tired for basketball. However being tired isn't an option as I want to get stronger and I will be playing against a pro team in January Wink
