Tier 4 Upgrades Explained
In case anyone is curious, our Citadel is Tier 4 but we have some vestigial T4 parts and no 2nd avatar yet. The upgrades will come, but we need to start getting 20+ visitors each week first. That's because the storehouse requires those visits for optimal efficiency. Once we get there, we should be able to handle bigger costs for upkeep, and that way we can afford more skill plots. And of course we will automaticaly start saving surplus for the 2nd avatar. Tier 5 won't be hard to get so long as we get the visits. If about 20-25 people visit each week and if 15-20 cap each week, we can rocket through tier 4

Oh, there are build costs for the new plots, too. Not just upkeep. The sooner we meet our upkeep and get 20 visits, the soooner we can project being able to pay for increrased costs.

We will be able to cap 1700 instead of 1400 resources starting next week
As we upgrade skill plots (some are already upgraded) to tier 4, they will allow us ot collect resources more efficiently; thereofre, it won't take us longer to cap

Sounds great! Capping does not take all that long but anything to expedite the process, I am certainly game for.
