The most comprehensive DG guide - Pro tier

Warning: This is incredibly long and incredibly in depth. I do not recommend trying to understand it all in one sitting.

Please note: Reading and comprehending this is the first step. The second, and most important step, is to practise. You will not immediately be able to remember every word of advice, however, with time the first steps will become autonomous and you will be able to continue to the next steps from there. Over time your APM will increase, your awareness of what is important to do and know in a floor will increase and your overall enjoyment of DG will increase.
As a bonus, here is the list of common acronyms. This might help some people understand what I say in floors and help them to increase their own efficiency.
