If anyone asks, we are actively recruiting. Over the next few weeks we will start moving along with ranks, enabling some people to recruit new members. Anyone invited to join or to contact me about joining should be directed here to read our rules and use our forums. ANY time we recruit someone, we should let them know we want people to cap each week after the first week. This keeps us moving forward!  

As of today we have 21 members. My goal is to have 100 members by 2014. If we have 125 or 200, that's fine, too! The more people who join, the more our forums, citadel and activities can come to life.

All we need to do is plant some vexilliums (available outside Clan Citadel entrance), invite friendly people and let them know that we're a laid back and friendly group. If anything I guess we're skillers but we don't need a label as our complexity should be mixed  

There is NO PRESSURE to recruit people. If you want to recruit a bunch of people, go for it. At some point we can probably create recruiting roles for those who like doing it.

(NEW!) Recruiting Policies:

- before inviting the recruit (in any venue), the recruit should know the following: that we are a skilling clan (it is fine to tell them we support pvm, events, social stuff, etc., but the advertisement needs to say we are a skilling clan), that we have a forum (ask them if they want the link information, remember to say dot calm because RS does not allow us to say .com), and that capping is a requirement; provide the recruit with our cc
- ideally inform them that we have ventrilo and several non-mandatory events and contests
- quality over quantity; for example, in RSOF, we have templates but it is usually better to provide our information in a customized way

And recruiting has a bit more importance now if we want to keep advancing our Citadel. And we now have a Head Recruiter but anyone and everyone is encouraged to recruit for us

Tips if Recruiting on RSOF (//Home / RuneScape Forums / Recruitment – Looking for a clan):

- If people are looking for pvm clans, we can recruit them but they aren't our focus (we want skillers 1st)
- A lot of people will ask that you post something that proves you read their post (always read the first post in case someone does that)
- Personalized messages work best but please see above for an example of an adjustable template message
- Follow-up, sometimes someone will reply with a question or inquiry about us
