Cap for CPs

CPs (Clan Points) can now be earned by capping. Everyone gets 5 CPs each week if they post in the "Cap For CPs" topic after capping. The post should be made with more than 24h left to the Build Tick for verification purposes.

This is the new protocol. Post here or it didn't happen, even if you tell me in game

EDIT: I am now rewarding 10 CPs for weekly capping instead of 5 CPs

We're doing great on resource collection but we need to bug everyone we see online to cap so we get 21 visitors -- that's how our hard work will not only maintain the Citadel but also push it to upgrade the plots, avatar and eventually to tier 5. It would be a GREAT week if we can get the visits we need, because we did everything necessary to get new plots

And to get the 2nd avatar, the new mining plot is 100% required so we can get precious ores/bars.

Let's see who has capped/visited and try to identify and encourage those who haven't to at least visit. If we can get 20+ ppl down there we will see some significant changes at the Citadel next week

If we don't start seeing those forward-moving changes by January, some (inactive) heads will roll. That's not a threat, it's a fact about inactivity. We can also step up our recruiting efforts to help the issue.

Thanks for doing this :)I put it up mid-tick, unsure whether I should bump it or not (didn't know if we'd get enough stuff collected for it)
I like the idea of prioritizing the Avatar before a couple of skill plot upgrades that remain, but it probably doesn't matter. If the plots allow greater resource collection then we can try to bring them up next week--I think that's a storehouse function, though.

EDIT: oh yeah, I'll add CPs for cappers in the next few days. Normally it'd be tonight but I have a very hectic schedule around Christmas

Thanks for being part of our biggest cap week yet! We managed to get at least 23 visits to the Citadel. That's what we need for Tier 4 to make unhindered progress. As we expand and execute new strategies to get more visits/caps we should be able to consistently get the #s of visits we need for each tier as we advance.

I have been deliberately holding back progress at times to make sure we can do the required upkeep at each tier. Right now we're pretty good for tier 4, but we can do much better. It's not YOU GUYS who are using the forums who aren't doing enough; we've got to get everyone else more involved
