We have met our Upkeep requirements for the following resource plots: Precious bars
We have not met our Upkeep requirements for the following resource plots: Timber, Stone, Metal bars

Tier 5 Stronghold: 57% complete
2nd Avatar Habitat: 35% complete

For the first time, we made progress in both of our recent major projects. This is because we gathered enough Precious bars for the Tier 5 Stronghold; so extras now flow into the 2nd Avatar Habitat.

The Stronghold progress is roughly this:

12,775 of 30,000 Logs
16,731 of 27,500 Stone
5,193 of 25,000 Metal bars
12,000 of 12,000 Precious bars

Therefore, after our Upkeep needs have been met at every plot, we should concentrate on Logs, Metal bars, and Stone--in that order. Precious bars can come later. I will lock Precious bars now as we have already met our Upkeep needs for them; additionally, the same goes for Precious Ore

Note: I will unlock Precious Ore and Precious bars once we start to accumulate a solid surplus in Logs, Metal bars and Stone. The idea is not to choke the surplus of Precious bars but rather to increase the flow of other resources into the surplus. Interestingly, we only require 60 Precious bars for Upkeep -- that may partly explain why we end up with so much extra each week.
