It's in Lumby Crater. Various rewards, lots of snowballs to throw around ... I'll be at it most nights until I max on points.

Someone please post when the black santa hat or party hate or whatever it is gets figured out

black santas are now available in ge

they will be available via crackers when they are released. wearing xmas clothes should help boost the chances of getting one.

Apparently the hats will be ultra rare results from the crackers, so probably not much. According to the wikia, the hat can also be obtained via training any skill, and it's already on the GE. If Festive Crackers don't go away after the event, they should become the only way to spawn the hats. But let's say the odds of getting a hat from one will be 1:400, then if the hats stay around 200m gp for a while, you'd need 400 crackers to get 200m, so they'd probably be worth 500k. Hard to say, the market is awful.

Good question, it's something where if we can find out the ratio and odds, we can predict the price better. Over time, if the crackers stick around, I think they would gain value. For each piece of an xmas outfit worn, you may gain a 20% chance of getting the hat. I don't know which pieces count yet, but that would be nice to know.
