Friday Night Bossing

NA (930 PM EST/-5 UTC) - Friday = bossing
EU (930 PM UK time/UTC/GMT) (this equals 430 PM EST) - Friday = bossing

Here are the "rules":

- share drops equally among anyone in the clan who is in the boss room (coinshare/lootshare/whatever system)
- the boss is chosen by the host but every other week MUST be "accessible" (e.g., Bandos, KBD ... something where low combat characters won't auto-die)
- alternative boss runs are welcomed for higher-tier combat characters, but the HOST for the night must allow anyone to join
- host decides the space capacity for the run (5 is the minimum limit unless the game doesn't allow more)

Here are the "rewards":

- apart from fun and learning, members who join HOSTED runs (in the throne room or in the dung floor) receive 5 CP if they post in this topic after the run (the host can also keep a tally and post it)
- members who join secondary runs receive 5 CP if they post in this topic after the run (the host can also keep a tally and post it)

Who can host?:

- to be official, the host should be either Admin+ or someone designated the role of an Event Organiser within the clan (this role is like a rank; I will appoint it, usually based on feedback from Admin+)

No Host in a certain week?:

- event cancelled

This was cancelled due to XP weekend but it is back ON this Friday

I'm down, depending on what the boss is. Just sold all my Bandos so I could flip merch, so I would need to get some Barrows or something.

Do we have a boss in mind? I am thinking Zammy or Bandos GWD, but if the high levels want to go to KK then I can try to organize some of the lower levels to go to Bandos. ^^

I'm up for anything. Zammy sounds interesting (if we can handle her). I'd go for KK but it is difficult to make it inclusive at this stage; I guess it will depend on the # of bossers tonight

Had a blast bossing with everyone last night. We should definitely try to do that again randomly throughout the week as well, that was really fun!

That was some epic bossing! Great activity day in general. We had something like 13 ppl in cc at some points, and all of the following (except me & Matt) will receive CPS for participation (lmk if I missed anyone):

Was chatting with Kay, Jake, and Cody and there seems to be a general agreement on KK -- looks like mostly everyone is on that train, including myself.

Curious to see how it goes, if we do end up doing KK.

I will likely be absent from bossing tonight due to my sister's visit. Sorry if that means -1 to tankship.

Tonight was a bit of a wash, unfortunately. I randomly got busy with something on jsp, so me being the one planning the event, things kind of faltered a bit. That mixed with minimal interest.. Nothing really happened lol. All is good though, we decided on a rain check.

I like the idea of aiming for KK but settling for Zammy if we don't have a high enough cmb group. Thoughts?

I'm willing to agree with the Zammy trip, just because I think KK would require more pre-planning to put together.

Zammy is the official pick. Those able to join, please try to organize and prep around 930-10 PM so it can get done before people fall asleep  KC starting at 10 makes sense.

Unfortunately I am not 100% sure if I can join tonight. I'm not out just yet, but not in yet either.

As always any Admin+ can take the reigns and lead/organize this

I has greater demon slayer task, id be down for Zammy but apparently if lootshare is on it wont count towards the task
either way I down for bossing.

I went to Bandos; somehow didn't pay attention and put myself into Hard Mode for a private instance. Made it through a couple of kills but it was difficult to say the least. Worst of all, at the end I d/c'd. Fortunately Jagex had mercy because when I was lagging hard I kept hitting to tele out, and when I got back on I was alive & well in Varrock

Presumably nobody was available to do this; I was buy with family stuff.
